Stranded pregnant lady in Lolab rescued

After Kashmir Life reported that a lady namely Masarat of Takiya Khurhama in Lolab needs immediate evacuation since she is pregnant and expecting, Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Justice and Lolab lawmaker, Tuesday swiftly acted and ordered the clearing of snow from the road leading to the village.

A spokesperson of the minister said a snow clearing machine was sent to the village to clear the road.

“The lady has been rescued and is safe, he said, “The doctors are on job.”
