A petition seeking a judicial probe into Handwara killings was Wednesday dismissed by the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
The Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association had petitioned the court to order a probe by a sitting judge into five civilian killings in Kupwara and Handwara last month.
Earlier, the court had reserved the judgement into the case.
However, a Division Bench of the court dismissed the petition today.
