Director Meteorology Sonam Lotus Sunday said the weather will remain cloudy for next five days with intermittent sunshine.
“There is not going to be further precipitation in the coming five days,” he said. This morning there was rainfall in Kashmir and snowfall at isolated places on higher reaches,” he said.
Meanwhile, the vehicular traffic is open on Srinagar- Jammu Highway despite overnight rains.
Officials of the traffic control department told Kashmir Life that the road is in good condition right now and we are maintaining a close vigil on the road.
“We are geared up for any eventuality,” the officials informed.
