‘SP School All Set to Get a Swimming Pool’

Srinagar’s premier school SP higher secondary institute is all set to get a swimming pool.

Confirming the development, institute’s publicity secretary, said that the swimming pool is being constructed by a government agency at a cost of rupees of 1crore. “This is going to be for the first time that government run institute in is being equipped with this kind of a facility,” he said.

The announcement was made by former Omar Abdullah-led government when two smart classrooms were also started in its campus.

SP higher secondary school is the oldest institute of valley and was established in 1874.
