After Sopore, Army Claims Busting a Militant Hideout in Reasi

A day after army and SOG claimed busting a militant hideout in restive Sopore, army Wednesday claimed busting another militant hideout in Reasi district.

Acting on a tipoff, the army official said, RR Army and SOG launched search operation in Kundradhan area of Reasi district and recovered a cache of arms and ammunitions, including two AK-56 rifles, 82 rounds, one hand grenade and radio set.

Pertinently, on Tuesday, army claimed that 27 RR army along SOG launched a search operation in Sagipora (Bomai) forests and “busted a militant hideout” and “recovered a cache” of arms and ammunition.
