‘Massive Reshuffle in Police Administration on Card’

The cabinet which is meeting in the winter capital under the chairmanship of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on Monday is scheduled to go for overhaul in the police administration with massive transfers on cards.

After the recent flood threat that loomed large Jammu Kashmir valley, it is said that the cabinet which is meeting on Monday at 1 pm shall thoroughly deliberate the majors being taken by the civil administration in the state to tackle similar threat in feature.

Sources divulged to local news gathering agency that the cabinet shall go for the massive overhaul in the police administration with the transfers of some senior police officials of the state being taken.

“The cabinet shall also emphasize the relief and rescue operations being taken up by the government due to the recent incessant rains and flood like situation,” sources said.
