Burglars looted copper worth lakhs of rupees from Chanigund Veerinag area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad town.
Police sources said that burglars broke into the house of one Reyaz Ahmed Sofi when they had gone to attend a marriage function and looted copper worth lakhs of rupees.
“We have registered a formal case and all efforts are on to nab the burglars.
