SRINAGAR
In the ongoing encounter in North Kashmir’s Sopore, one militant has been killed, so far, Police said.
Reports said that one unidentified militant has been killed while armed forces are engaged in a gun battle. Reports said that another militant is believed trapped in Chankhan area.
“A militant was killed in the encounter in Sopore today afternoon,” a police spokesperson said.
The encounter started early this morning.
