SRINAGAR
The five militants killed in Shopian encounter have been identified. Sources said that the four among them are locals while the fifth is a foreigner.
The slain militants, sources identified them as, Shakeel Ahmad from Pakherpora Budgam; Tahir from Aglar Pulwama; Parvaiz from Batamuran Shopian and Ishfaq Dagga from Arwani Kulgam and fifth, a foreigner.
