SRINAGAR: A suspected militant was killed by Army when he was trying to infiltrate into Jammu and Kashmir in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district, an official said on Saturday.
“In the afternoon hours, an alert Army patrol killed a militant trying to infiltrate along the Line of Control in the Lam sector, Naushera(J&K),” news agency KNO quoted Jammu based defence spokesperson as having said.
He added that the body of the militant along with items for survival has been recovered.
