SRINAGAR: The counter-insurgent forces on Wednesday launched a cordon and search operation in Darpora area of Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Reports said that a joint team of army’s 28 RR, SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police, and CRPF cordoned off the Darpora village of Lolab.
Sources said that large numbers of forces have been deployed in the area and a door-to-door search operation is going on.
