372 stranded Kashmiris leave Amritsar for J&K in seven buses

A group of 372 stranded people from Kashmir left Amritsar in Punjab for Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday morning in seven buses.

According to news agency ANI, 372 people from Kashmir who were stranded in Amritsar due to coronavirus lockdown left for Kashmir today.

“7 buses have been provided to them by the district administration and they were screened before boarding the buses, ” ANI quoted Neeraj Kumar SHO Ram Bagh area of Punjab as saying.

Thousands of people of Kashmir are stranded in different parts of the country when the curfew was imposed in view of Covid-19 on March 23.
