General Public asked to register grievances at Winter Secretariat

It is for the information of general masses that Winter Secretariat stands established and is functioning on 2nd floor of Civil Secretariat, Srinagar (Room No (s) 202-207) w.e.f 28.10.2019.

Any queries/grievances/complaints of general public can be registered in the Winter Secretariat from 10 am to 3 pm on all working days (Monday to Friday). The same can also be registered on following telephone number: 0194-2506151 (telefax), email address: wintersecertarait.jk@jk.gov.in.
