Government forces on Wednesday morning launched a cordon and search operation in Gulshanpora area in Tral town of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports said that a joint team of army’s 44 RR, SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF cordoned off the village.
They said the CASO was launched in the village following inputs about the presence of militants.
Sources said that large numbers of forces have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation is going on.
