Taking to social networking site Twitter Mirwaiz wrote: “It is for the third consecutive time that congregational prayers have not be allowed and this year Jamia has been closed for 16 times. It’s the 20th day of house detention. At one hand target killing of our youth is being perpetrated and on the other hand, religious rights are being curbed. Even a protest against brutalities is not being allowed.”
