Minutes after a local open court led by additional magistrate Naseer Ahmad Dar ordered the release of incarcerated chairperson of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, Asiya Andrabi in an under trail case, a police party from Safa Kadal police station arrested her within the court premises.
A Spokesperson said Asiya’s hearing in trail case was on Thursday in open court where court directs to release her but instead of releasing her within minutes police party from Safa kadal police station arrested her in court premises.
Pertinently Asiya Andrabi was arrested on April 26 from her Soura residence by a contingent of Police from Soura police station and was lodged in Amphala jail for many months later she was shifted to Srinagar.
