A boy died in a road accident in Awantipora this morning, police said.
Thirteen years old Basharat Ahmad Dar son of Tariq Ahmad Dar resident of Lethpora jumped from a Tata mobile vehicle near Lethpora, Awantipora, resulting in critical injuries to him. He was shifted to Sub District Hospital Pampore for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. A case has been registered and investigation has been taken up.
