At least 14 protesters were injured in Pahloo village of Kulgam district in south Kashmir during clashes between protesters and forces on Tuesday.
Reports said that clashes started after arrests of youth in the area.
They said soon after the arrests hundreds of people hit the streets and started protesting against the arrests.
Reports added that forces used teargas shells to disperse protesters who pelted stones on them.
