Kashmir’s First Lyrical Protest, Seeking NFSA Withdrawal

People of Dalgate and adjoining areas Wednesday held a unique protest demonstration against the “controversial” NFSA bill seeking its immediate withdrawal.

The women protestors sang ballads in the Badhyari Chowk and later held a sit-in protest.

Protesting women blocked the movement of vehicular movement for quite some time and later dispersed peacefully.
