The massive fire erupted in Zainakadal area of Shar-e-Khas Srinagar near historic Pather Masjid on Thursday afternoon.
Riyaz Ahmed, operator in Fire and Emergency Services Department, while confirming the incident said around 7 structures have been engulfed by the fire.
The cause of fire couldn’t be ascertained as of know and final reports are still awaited.
