While removing posters of late Sikh militant leader Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale, a police officer was attacked with a knife by a youth in Jammu city’s Satwari area.
After the attack, the youth fled the spot, while the attacked cop, Arun Kumar, Assistant Sub-Inspector, was immediately rushed to hospital where doctors termed his condition out of danger.
Meanwhile, police has launched manhunt to nab the culprit.
