Police Thursday said two persons were killed in a road mishap when the vehicle they were travelling in fell into a gorge at Pantiyal area in Ramban district.
Among the deceased, one was driver, who along with other died on spot. The police have sent the bodies to hospital for identification.
The vehicle was travelling to Jammu from Srinagar.
Notably, Thursday’s mishap is in continuation of the accidents that keep occurring on the fair-weather highway linking valley to outside world.
