Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba (IJT), an all Muslim students’ organization, organized a seminar: “The Pious Mission” in Government Degree College Ganderbal. Teachers from various schools of the district participated in the seminar.
Dr Riyaz Ahmad Shah Ex-Secretary General Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba was the Guest of Honour who impressed upon the teachers to play their role to remove adultery and all other eveils including immoral culture from current education system.
Principal Govt Degree College Ganderbal Prof Nasreen Malik shared her experience as a student, as a teacher and as a Principal.
Nazim-e-A’la IJT J&K, Umar Sultan presented the presidential address and encouraged teachers to “know the past to reform the education system”.
The seminar was followed by result of “Talent Search Test-2015” which was held in May. Abrar Ali from Public High School Watlar was declared winner of First Prize.
