Strongly condemning the attack on a Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) franchisee, the chairman of Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Shah Geelani termed the attack “an act of terror” and expressed sympathies with the families of victims.
Unidentified gunmen Monday morning attacked the Franchisee killing one and injuring two others.
“This is clearly an act of terrorism,” Geelani said in a statement issued to GNS, adding, those involved are “enemies of humanity and Islam”.
“They want to defame Kashmir freedom movement,” he alleged.
