Late Thursday night Police in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district arrested 7 gamblers and seized bet money worth lakhs.
According to sources, “the arrested persons are Arshid Ahmad Lone, Mehraj Ud Din Rangraz, Javaid Ahmad Itoo, Zakir Ahmad Sheikh Mohd Yaseen Shah, Tariq Ahmad Mir, Pariwan, Gulzar Ahmad Rather r/o Chancer.”
They said that an FIR number 95/15 under section 13 of gambling act has been registered by police.
