As per the reports, J-K High Court Monday issued a notice to National Conference patron and president Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA), Farooq Abdullah in the multi-crore cricket scam case.
“The court has directed the investigating agencies to file a proper status report by or before next date of hearing of the case, fixed for the next week,” the reports said.
The scam involves alleged misappropriation of funds to the tune of Rs 40 crore.
Earlier, the High Court had directed the investigating agencies to speed up the investigation.
