Governor NN Vohra Friday expressed grief over the sad demise of Ghulam Rasool Kar, senior Congress leader and a former Member Parliament.
In a message of condolence the Governor, who had known Kar for many years, has conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul resting in eternal peace.
